Refund Policy

Devices sold by may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the item/s. Items other than the software can be returned by mail.

Stethoscope returns:

Stethoscope must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and in the same state in which it was originally received.

SensiCardiac Software returns:

If the software has not been activated (converted from a serial number to a registration key), a full refund will be allowed.

If a defect is found and our technical support staff cannot provide a fix or work-around within 14-days, we can allow a refund after a signed declaration has been sent.

We require:

1. A copy of your invoice

2. A description of the problem you found in the software

3. A signed statement that you have uninstalled the software and removed it from your computer/ electronic devices.

We generally will not refund in the following circumstances:

- At any time after activation of the software

- A mistake on your order

- A change of mind after order
